Terms of Service

DewDew Rewards Network (“DewDew,” “we,” “us”) operates a local commerce rewards program that connects customers with participating independent businesses. These Terms govern your use of the DewDew website, mobile application, and rewards services.

1. The DewDew Rewards Program

DewDew Rewards are promotional store credit earned when you make a qualifying purchase of $20.00 or more at a participating business and verify your receipt through the app.

• Earn rate: 5% of the amount you actually pay (amounts covered by rewards do not earn additional rewards).
• Network-wide use: rewards may be redeemed at any participating business in the DewDew network, in any industry or region, not only where earned.
• Balance settlement: when you redeem rewards on a transaction, your available reward balance is fully settled to zero for that redemption cycle.

2. Nature of Rewards

• Rewards are closed-loop promotional credit for use only at participating DewDew businesses.
• Rewards are not cash, not withdrawable, not redeemable for cash, not P2P transferable, and not externally transferable to any wallet, account, or platform.
• Rewards have no cash value and no interest. They are a marketing incentive provided by DewDew and participating businesses.
• Rewards may expire if unused for the period disclosed in the app, where permitted by applicable law.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create a DewDew account. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Receipt Verification and Fraud

Reward accrual requires successful receipt verification. DewDew uses automated tools and human review to verify receipts. We may hold, reject, or reverse rewards for: duplicate or altered receipts, receipts not belonging to you, self-dealing, abnormal submission patterns, or other fraud indicators. Decisions on suspected fraud are made by DewDew personnel, not automated systems alone.

5. Participating Businesses

Participating businesses are independent companies. DewDew facilitates reward issuance and redemption but is not the seller of the underlying goods or services. Complaints about products or services should be directed to the business; we may assist in dispute resolution but do not guarantee any business's products, services, or continued participation.

6. Program Changes and Termination

DewDew may modify rates, minimums, earning rules, or participating businesses, or suspend/terminate the program, with reasonable advance notice where required by law. If we terminate the program, we will provide a reasonable window to redeem existing balances unless prohibited by law or by extraordinary circumstances (e.g., fraud).

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting receipts that are not yours, or that are altered, duplicated, or fabricated.
• Multiple accounts per person, automated bulk submissions, or exploiting program defects.
• Any attempt to convert rewards into cash, resell rewards, or trade them between accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and may forfeit related balances where permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DewDew's aggregate liability to you is limited to the value of rewards in your account. DewDew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for the acts of participating businesses.
