Partner Responsibility Agreement
A merchant is listed in the DewDew network only after this agreement is accepted and recorded. Until then the store does not appear in search, Places, or the public sitemap.
1. Economics

The customer reward rate and the merchant fee rate are deliberately set to the same 5%. This makes it impossible to profit by running your own card through your own store, and it is a core fraud-prevention rule of the network.
Rewards are earned on qualifying purchases of $20.00 or more. The fee is calculated daily on eligible DewDew sales and charged automatically at the billing time you choose.
2. Advertising and reward multipliers
A partner may not raise the reward multiplier on its own. Any rate above the standard 5% (2×, 3×, 4× Happy Hour) becomes active only through an ad campaign reviewed and approved by DewDew, and only for the approved time window.
Advertising cost is already covered by the 5% platform fee. DewDew may bill a portion of a specific campaign separately; when it does, the billable amount is shown to the partner before the campaign is approved.
During an approved campaign the customer reward increases, while the merchant fee remains at its configured rate.
3. Partner responsibilities
- Report transaction amounts honestly and only for real, completed sales.
- Do not issue rewards to yourself, employees acting as customers, or related parties to extract value from the network.
- Honor DewDew rewards presented by any customer in the network, up to your configured acceptance limit.
- Keep a valid payment method on file so the daily platform fee can be settled.
- Keep your listing information (name, address, hours, phone) accurate.
- Comply with applicable law, including tax and consumer protection rules in your state.
4. Refunds and adjustments
When a sale is refunded, the corresponding platform fee is reversed as a ledger adjustment. Original records are never deleted or rewritten — every correction is appended, so the full history stays auditable on both sides.
If a daily fee payment fails, the unpaid amount stays as a separate outstanding balance for that day and is retried. Unpaid days are never silently merged into a later charge.
5. Listing, suspension and termination
Acceptance of this agreement is recorded with the signer, timestamp, version and IP address. DewDew may remove a partner from the public network at any time for fraud indicators, repeated failed fee payments, or breach of these responsibilities. The signed record is retained for audit purposes even after a partner is unlisted.
A partner may request removal from the network at any time. Fees already incurred before removal remain payable.
