Why is there white space?
A photo with a different shape cannot fill a square without cropping. White bars keep the entire picture — use the Image Cropper first if you prefer a tight fill.
Which size should I pick?
1080×1080 for the feed, 1080×1350 for tall posts, 1080×1920 for stories and reels.
