Questions
Should I just stuff in every missing keyword?
No. Add only what's genuinely true of your work. Keyword padding gets through the filter and then collapses in the interview.
Why does it want the whole posting?
Frequency matters. A term used five times in the posting matters more than one used once, and we can only see that from the full text.
Is the job description stored?
No. It's used for the comparison and deleted with your file within the hour.
