Audio Cutter
Voice memos and recorded calls always have dead air at both ends. Type a start and an end and you get exactly that section as an MP3 — optionally with a short fade so it doesn't start or stop with a click.

Questions
Does the fade option change the length?
No. The fade happens inside the section you chose — it just removes the abrupt click at the start and end.
What time format should I type?
Seconds (90) or minutes and seconds (1:30) both work.
Will the quality drop?
It's re-encoded to a 192 kbps MP3, which is transparent for speech and fine for music.
