Which barcodes can it read?

The common ones — EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, ITF and more. Unusual symbologies may not be recognised.

Does the camera upload my video?

No. Decoding happens live in your browser and the frames never leave your device.

The photo didn't read — why?

Blur, glare and angles are the usual culprits. Fill the frame with the code, keep it flat and avoid shadows.
