Questions
Does it find every face?
No — and this matters. Automatic detection finds reasonably clear, front-facing faces. Faces that are small, turned away, in shadow or wearing a mask can be missed. Always check the result before you share it.
Can the blur be undone?
We mix a Gaussian blur with pixelation, which destroys the original detail rather than smearing it — it can't be meaningfully reversed.
What happens if no face is found?
We tell you plainly and give you nothing back. Handing over an unedited photo as if it had worked would be the dangerous outcome.
