Should I count the last day?
It depends on the rule you're following. Contracts usually count the end date; simple day gaps usually don't. The tick box lets you match whichever applies.
How are working days counted?
Monday to Friday. Public holidays vary by country, so they're not deducted — subtract your own.
Why are months approximate?
Months differ in length. The calendar difference line gives the exact years, months and days; the month total is the average-length approximation.
