Questions
Do I need to edit the result?
Usually a little — names, jargon and punctuation are where automatic captions slip. The timing is normally spot on, which is the tedious part.
Is my video sent to a third-party AI?
No. The speech engine runs on our own server and your file is deleted within the hour.
How do I use an SRT file?
Upload it in YouTube Studio under Subtitles, or keep it next to the video file with the same name and most players will find it automatically.
