Questions
Which divisor should I use?
139 for UPS and FedEx US retail, 166 for some negotiated rates, 5000 for most international cm/kg tariffs. Your carrier's rate card states it.
Do I measure the box or the item?
The box, at its widest points, after packing. Bulges count.
Why round up?
Carriers round the billable weight up to the next whole pound or kilogram, so we show the number you'll actually be charged for.
